Refund policy
Refunds may be requested only within 90 days after full payment. Work already done is not returned. If the client withdraws with 30 days' notice and the work is paid, the code built up to that date is delivered.
Custom projects
The advance, if work has not started, is reviewed only within 3 days. Any other refund must be requested within 90 days of full payment at the latest. Work already performed is not returned.
Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period already billed. Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected after validation.
