Custom projects

Before technical work starts, the advance can be reversed within 3 calendar days. Once work has begun, only a partial refund proportional to unexecuted work applies.

Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the period already billed. Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected after validation.
