Almost every emergency we get called into starts the same way: nobody knows where the server is, who holds the password, or when the last backup ran. The work is mostly making sure those three questions have answers before anyone needs them.

Frequent questions
- Do you work on my current server or does it need replacing?
- We audit what you already have first. Replacing it only comes up when the current one cannot cope or costs more to maintain than to migrate — and then we show the numbers.
- How much does it cost?
- Full brand and identity from 1,800 USD: logo, colour and type system, interface components and exportable tokens. If you only need the basic kit inside another project, it is added from 350 USD in the estimator.
- Does it include being available when something breaks?
- With a support plan, yes, and with response times in writing. Without one it is handled hourly and subject to availability.
- Do the credentials stay in my name?
- Always. Server, domain and services are contracted under your accounts. We work with named access you can revoke whenever you want.
- Do you handle office networks too?
- Yes: DNS, corporate email, team VPN and basic segmentation. Not cabling or physical work — that gets coordinated with a local installer.
