Payments

One-time projects require a non-refundable advance of between 30% and 70%. Subscriptions are billed per period and renew unless cancelled beforehand.

Licensing and ownership

Software is licensed, not sold, unless agreed in writing. Full transfer of ownership applies only when expressly agreed in writing.
