Payments

One-time projects require an advance of between 30% and 70%, which is not returned except for the 3-day review if work has not started. Subscriptions are billed per period and renew unless cancelled beforehand.

Licensing and ownership

Custom code is delivered as the proposal states. Third-party libraries, plugins and modules keep their owner's licence and are documented.
